This massage is designed to reduce muscles soreness, alleviate inflammation, and ease tired joints. It promotes a self-healing process, which is ideal for people who work out regularly.

Prenatal Massage -
A gentle, nurturing massage that provides relaxation for the mother-to-be. Helps to relieve stress on weight-bearing joints and reduce neck and back pain. Aromatherapy oils are not used.
